« We loved the location and the easy access. We also loved the wonderful balcony and the deck furniture. The location is so nice with usually not much traffic trying to leave facility. We came with our children and grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. »

« We love Sans Souci. Great location, great beach, not crowded. Pool could use some shade and member of our group got stuck in the elevator but FD was efficient and didn’t have to wait long for elevator even with 1 of the 2 down the next day. Crab claws at Peg Legs and Rum Punch are delicious. Will stay again! Owner checking in on us was nice. »

« Gem of a condo! Great location, great home. Clean and comfortable with so many little amenities that made for a great stay. There were wine and chocolates for a welcome gift - much appreciated after our long drive - and plenty of coffee for breakfast. A loaded kitchen made cooking easy and the bed was a cloud! Easy access to both beach and pool was a big plus. Owners were helpful thru all with quick response to a minor maintenance issue mid-week. Will certainly be checking availability next time...

« Where do I start? Easy booking, quick response. The location is great! It is walking distance from a store, restaurant and the beach. The carts for luggage are top tier. I didn't have to wait for one. The elevator was a stuffy for the entire weekend. More ventilation is needed. The view was absolutely beautiful no matter where I was at the front door or the balcony. The lock on the front door was hi tech. I felt protected. I had some trouble with the keypad used when walking out of the...

« This was our first time staying on the bayside. Enjoyed watching the sun come up every morning. Just a short walk to the beach. Loved that there were bins to leave your chairs and umbrella on the beach!!! We swam in both pools. Was an excellent place to stay! We will be back. »

« The property is as described. It was clean, comfy, with everything you need. Towels, blankets, and linens. Location is exactly what we were looking for. Quiet yet close to everything. Trolly stop is accoss the street and made getting to and from the boardwalk very convenient. Views were amazing.
