Gut: Sauberkeit
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle since I never received the email with the necessary information until after we arrived at the house. Upon entering, we were greeted by an old, musty smell that suggested the house had been locked up for a while. As we opened the windows, we noticed that two windows next to the sliding door were broken and wouldn’t stay up. My husband had to fix one window because the entire window slid down.On the positive side, the kitchen was very nicely updated and fully furnished. However, we encountered an issue with the tub not draining properly, but it was promptly addressed and fixed.Overall, Parrothead Retreat was a pleasant stay, but it could benefit from some updates and more comfortable living room furniture. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I would recommend a bit more TLC beyond the kitchen. Additionally, I felt misled about the beach access being down the road.
