« Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes. »

« I stayed a week for graduation and a wedding, and it was not as good as advertised.There were mice in the basement and ants all over the kitchen. The property did not entirely look like the pics, maybe it’s because the property isn’t maintained very well after visits.I will not be staying there again when I’m in town visiting family. »

« I booked this location with the understanding that there were two beds. One bed in the den that was actually a closet. There wasnt much silverware, and coffee cups so we had to wash dishes. NO hand soap in the bathroom. And only TWO HORRIBLE PILLOWS ON THE BED. NO EXTRA ANYTHING. The bed was very comfortable, but I had to by pillows bc the ones provides were so thin. « Was just looking for a small place to crash at night as every day was filled with scheduled events and this place was perfect for that, from check in to checking out everything went smooth. If I ever go back to Peoria this is the place I’m checking for availability first. »
