During my stay, several issues affected the overall experience. The room was not clean. The bed sheets had visible stains, and the bathtub curtain showed signs of mold. Additionally, the heater in the room was not turned on, which was especially concerning given that the outside temperature was approximately 18 degrees.
Breakfast was advertised; however, the available options were very limited. When we arrived, only toasted bread was available. The juice machine was out of order, and although there was a sign directing guests to juice in the refrigerator, none was stocked.
I also used the fitness center, but there were shipping boxes stored inside, significantly limiting the usable space.
At checkout, I attempted to call the front desk to speak with someone directly about these concerns. Unfortunately, the interaction was not professional, and I did not feel that my feedback was welcomed.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property. The photos online present a different impression than the actual conditions of the hotel.
