« The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! I would have noticed that there have been elevators that are not functional for over four months now. That’s ridiculous! The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me. « The location was convenient. The parking lot has huge pot holes. Our king suite was filthy. The sheets were covered in black debris, the bathroom found multiple hairs.
