« Arrived at the property and immediately felt uneasy. There was insufficient communication. The property was left unlocked and was on closer inspection dirty with lounge chairs in the carpark and rubbish around. It was an unwelcoming environment and in the best interests of my safety and my daughter, we found alternate accommodation and did not spend a night. Our concerns were that great that we chose to lose our money. Will never book through this site again. »

« Les points forts : 1/ appartement neuf, très spacieux, très confortable, très bien équipé. 2/ bonne réactivité de l'établissement pour solutionner quelques petits soucis techniques et d'organisation : une bouteille de champagne offerte en guise de compensation Les points faibles : 1/ Très mauvais emplacement, au croisement de deux voies routières rapides à l'extrémité du port de marchandises, trop loin du centre touristique de Fremantle pour pouvoir y aller à pied avec des enfants. Bus ou...

« Great location but old rooms with very limited and random cleaning service. I never had water bottles replenished, sometimes my room wouldn't even be cleaned before 6pm, trashes were not removed and the room not cleaned, only the bed was done, I didn't benefit from an upgrade and bottle of wine offered by my status. Swimming pool was closed. Disappointing experience. »

« Ein tolles Hotel mit historischen Zimmern (Warders) und einem Hotelneubau (Garde). Wir hatten ein historisches und es war gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Frühstück war kostenlos und vielfältig. Das Hotel liegt sehr praktisch in der Innenstadt, alles, auch der Strand, fussläufig erreichbar. Direkt angeschlossen ein tolles Restaurant! »

« We love staying at the Esplanade when we visit Fremantle. Always our first choice! Great for families, very convenient. Gym ,pools, mini fridge in the room. Perfect base for a stay in Fremantle. »

« Really good stay! Everything is made to make you feel home: even water in the fridge everyday! The only disappointment was the window which was really old (thin) and we couldn't open it. We had noise from the street every night (people coming out of the pub when closing), during the night and in the early morning. We really appreciated our stay but would have preferred a roll on the court side. The food and beers from the pub are amazing! »

« Very pleasant stay, easy check-in and check-out, the staff was really professional, helpful and friendly during the whole stay. This hotel is very good located about 300 meters from the beach and also near of the supermarket and city centre. The appartement was very clean and comfortable. »
