Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. "Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique à l’hôtel Mandarin à Bangkok. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée.
