Frühstück ist auch nicht ganz 5 Sterne-Niveau. Das GYM ist definitiv zu klein & zu minimalistisch eingerichtet. Massage-Behandlungen einen tick zu teuer. "

"It was close to San Pedro Market and the main square and a good place to spend some days in Cusco. But the rooms were pretty cold at night . We did a trip outside of Cuzco so we had to leave the hotel very early. We have got a breakfirst box but it was really poor only 2 fruits, some sweets and a bit of crackers with water instead of a breakfirst buffet I exspected minimum a kind of a sandwich"

"When we booked our stay, the hotel had a 8.2 rating. On a good day we would give it a 5.0 rating. We stayed in two different rooms, both had mold on the bathroom ceilings. The cleaning standard were also very poor with dirty towels and other people’s hairs on the floors. In one of the rooms the shower battery didn’t work and the bathroom smelled of pee. Moreover, the breakfast session was run by only one women (incl. cutting fruits, cooking eggs, cleaning, etc), who was running around to try and make the many guests satisfied, we felt very sorry for her and think the hotel ought to have more personelle to help with the breakfast. For example, when we were at breakfast, all guest ate their breakfast with spoons and knives only as the women simply didn’t have time to wash some forks. The hotel was very cheap and the rooms mirrored that. This was the worst hotel in we stayed in during our three weeks in Peru. "
