« Alanah (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was an absolute delight! 10/10 customer service all the way. I was trying to figure out the parking situation and she went above and beyond to help me not get ticketed/ towed. She’s so friendly and has such a great attitude. I will be returning! »

« Amber est très sympathique et aux petits soins. Petits déjeuners maison extra. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House manager Terri was a wonderful host. She was available and ready to make sure you were happy with your room. Our room was lovely. The whole house is immaculate. Parking was available right outside the house. Terri put out a wonderful spread for breakfast. She had many delicious items on a beautifully laid out table. »

« Very nice property. Shows some age but everything worked. So close to many restaurants, bars, water. Would stay again »

« Will definitely stay here again! »

« Loved the location downtown and just a few minutes to the beach’ »

« Rooms were clean and good location. »

« Clean quiet room. Easy check-in via phone. »

« The staff were friendly. The extra toiletries left in the bathroom were appreciated. But the shower had two black holes into the wall about quarter sized that were covered by clear plastic. The grout in the bathroom on the floor was receding and looked dirty. The Kleenex boxes were empty. The sink had a slow drain. »

« Clean room, comfortable bed, staff were helpful, charming historical Inn »

« This was a very nice motel; we really enjoyed our stay here. The property is in excellent condition and clean, the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, only complaint was the dining area is too small for the number of guests, generally had to wait around for seating. »

« Hot food needs to be refilled more quickly. »

« Room was clean and comfortable and quiet! Breakfast was good and it was close to our construction site so it worked out well! »

« Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you...
