Didn't like any of it. It was disgusting . Bathtub had a ring if pink algae or mold. Countertops were not clean. We wiped them with wipes and they were black. For being in a nice area you would never expect this. I would never go there again nor would I recommend. Front desk was somewhat rude.

No hot water for a shower on the second floor. Out of the 7 or 8 times coming or going, no one was at the front desk. The elevator and second floor hallway smells of weed or some other odor. Was not happy after already paying for the room in advance they wanted a $100 security deposit. What’s that all about? I have never been asked for that in the past. Won’t be staying with them again. One and done.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The room was dirty, towels stained, no hot water for 2 days, the toilets did not flush and the cable would freeze. I also found bugs in the bathroom. I booked a 5 day stay and was able to move rooms after making multiple complaints. The new room had sticky stains all over the carpet and the counters were filthy with dried food and liquids. The “grab and go breakfast” is a muffin, granola bar and coffee. They also do not offer housekeeping unless staying over 7 days and do not provide places to throw away your garbage in the meantime. I travel frequently and will never stay in an Extended stay hotel again after this experience.

I booked a reservation with expedia. I called the hotel to asked if there was a time I needed to check in by as I knew I would be arriving late. The front desk told me they were open 24 hours a day and I could check in any time. When I showed up at the hotel the front door was locked. I used the phone at the door to call the desk. When I told them I was there to check in they told me they were booked and did not have any rooms available. I explained I already had a reservation. They said still they were fully booked with no rooms available. So I was not able to stay and use my reservation the I booked. It was late, I Ubered to the hotel so at that point I was stuck with no room and no car.

I was a little taken aback when a guest was leaving the establishment swearing while walking out the front door. There was a hair on the back of the toilet. I was offended that I had to ask at the front desk for any kitchen supplies I needed

Was my first and my last. Breakfast was just coffee and stale muffins. The bathroom was horrible. Don’t recommend it at all.

Easy parking was a plus, but our overnight stay fell short. The room had a musty smell, outdated decor, and a pull-out bed that was uncomfortable due to springs and lack of linens. Breakfast offered only mini muffins and expired bars with no water or ice available. The intermittent heating disrupted our sleep. Limited amenities and no assistance compounded the disappointment. We couldn’t use the pull-out, forcing us to share the bed. Overall, a disappointing experience that made us eager to leave.

The property is very quiet. But they REALLY NEED RENOVATIONS, NEW APPLIANCES , AND LIGHTING IN THE HALLWAY. .THE SURROUNDING AREA IS VERY WELL KEPT & CLEAN & THE STAFF IS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND CARING HOWEVER CLEANLINESS IS A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF EVERYTHING & PLAYS A BIG ROLE.
