Room was good, A/C worked very well but mattress is very loud for any movement you do on top of it. Front desk staff needs training. Lady on check in was very kind, greeted us with a smile but had to ask for help when I had a question about have been already charged for the night. On the checkout morning there was a guy at front desk and I asked if he would have a razor kit available. He didn’t understand and asked razor for what? I said for shaving. Then he said ok, you have to be more specific. What’s the purpose of a guest to request a razor kit? All in all is a great property, breakfast was very good but I feel like front desk staff can do better. One more thing, the room service menu doesn’t work neither on QR code, website server is offline or something, nor calling the 877 phone number.
