I truly advise spending a bit more money and staying elsewhere. This is beyond a ‘you get what you pay for’ type of experience. The worst issue with this entire experience is that the cleaning crew was not made aware of my late checkout that was verified and came into the room without knocking as I was undressed.. Before my arrival I asked about an early check in and was not given a clear answer so I was waiting outside the property for a response as there is no type of front desk which is fine but inconvenient. Upon following instructions and getting to my room, I was given a room that had not been cleaned. Towels on the floor and trash everywhere but luckily I was able to be moved to a different room. The gentleman over the phone was nice and the hotel is in a pretty good area but it was a horrible first impression and I am still awaiting a partial refund or resolution for the situation. The rooms can be a little confusing so I had multiple people try to get into my room with an incorrect code which does not help my anxiety as a solo female traveler. The toilet was running for quite some time after every flush and overall I would avoid this micro hotel and stay somewhere more established. Considering I was in an ‘upgraded’ room because of the initial dirty room, it’s just not worth it when you take everything into account. As I am checking out today my experience is now much worse with poor communication from staff. Please stay elsewhere, a motel 6 would be 10x better than
The state of the room that checked into that I have still not received any resolution for.

The apartment was cozy. It was perfect for my quick weekend stay and comfortable for myself. The bed was a little rickety and made a lot of noise when rolling over. The kitchen is shared between two units and was nicely supplied with dishes. I didn’t use it for much more than to boil water for tea/coffee but could have cooked a quick meal if needed. There are several layers of locked doors so felt secure but also there are families living in neighboring units with kids playing on the street so neighborhood felt safe. Convenient to Fairmount Park area. No issues catching Uber/Lyft here when needed.

MISLEADING AND SHADY!! You are much better off staying at a legitimate hotel for this price. There is NO ON-SITE PARKING!! That was the main reason we decided on this place and instead we spent an hour driving around at night trying to figure out what the instructions for overnight parking meant. Ended up parking THREE BLOCKS AWAY!! The rooms are all actually small bedrooms divided up from apartments. There is NO SOUND INSULATION LIKE A REAL HOTEL!! WE HEARD EVERY LITTLE NOISE AROUND US!!! There were only 2 uncomfortable pillows for the 2 of us. No extra pillows or blankets and nobody to ask since we came in at night. BARELY SLEPT ALL NIGHT!! The pictures are totally misleading, half of them just random places!! And they ask for a security deposit on a separate platform, which is against Expedia policy!!

it is not a 1 bdrm apt like advertised it was room with just a bed and ottoman .wifi was very week no air conditioning communication with managent was through text only . I was planning on staying 4 nights but I was there less than an hour when i booked at another hotel

The air condition in this room was awesome very nice room easy instruction guidelines to follow to get into the building and the room comfortable bed and nice Roku app options on my 3 day stay. I felt safe and building was clean and quiet.

The stay was overall pretty good! The instructions can be a little bit more clear and maybe updated on the initial message. My first night on the stay the wifi or TV would not work, but maintenance came in the morning to help fix quickly. I asked for more towels and they never brought any, but overall the stay was nice and I would do it again for a short amount of time! It was easy to get in and get out, and there was feee parking! There are many things walking distance too for a snack or food. I appreciated the stay!

I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied.

Clean, Comfortable, Central with great manager

Convenient location next to Fairmount Park and great coffee shop. Very clean, new appliances and fixtures, and comfortable. We had an issue turning off our AC and the property manager was immediately responsive and sent out someone to help us get it fixed quickly (on a weekend no less)! Would recommend staying here!

Upon arrival the unit smelled of smoke, the windows were all open like housekeeping was trying to air out the place. We planned to stay for 5 nights, 2 adults with 2 bath towel amd 2 wash clothes. When I asked for an extra towel I was told there would be a fee for an extra towel. The second night of our stay 4 police cars were in front if the builsing for at least an hour arresting a person and towing the car. On our 4th night our car window was smashed in therefore we ended up leaving a day early. We certainly couldnt stay with a broken window. The unit itself was adequate, small and little to no storage space which meant all the flat spots were covered in stuff. The only place to sit and watch tv was the bed. Will not book here again.

The bus drops you off essentially at the front door of this hotel making it very easy to traverse around town. The only major downsides I had was a lack of hot water, which luckily I prefer cooler showers. There are a few very good breakfast places nearby however I am unsure about dinner and lunch as I was further away during those times. Overall great experience however if you are a light sleeper be aware it is very close to the train tracks.

Stay was excellent. Condition of the apartment was super nice with the only exception that there is very limited parking space. The space in front is limited to only 2 hours of parking. The only way you could park is to walk about 5 minutes down the block. Overall besides the parking issues, the place was nice and clean!

I only leave this review to warn others about what they may expect. When we first arrived to the location, there wasn't accessible parking, it was 2 hour street parking in front of the townhome and then overnight parking was a block or so down, if you could find a spot. So I don't think they should say parking is available when it's hit or miss whether you'll be able to park or not. Secondly, the property says there is AC in each unit, which there is... but you're not allowed to turn it down to cool the room down. When we stayed in August it was 90° outside, it was a joke that we wouldn't be able to adjust the cooling in the room. The final and most horrendous thing to happen to us during this is we were given the incorrect check in instructions! We were given the code to a room that wasn't ours! You can image our surprise when we started settling into our room and two strangers walked in!! They showed us their instructions and they were very similar to ours, same door codes and everything. When I messaged the property owner about not knowing which room we were supposed to stay in, I didn't get a message from them until 2 days later!! Which then had the right code and room... What the heck was I supposed to do?! I had 2 strangers in what I thought was my room, and no where to stay for the night. My partner and I packed up our things and went back to the car, needless to say we didn't end up staying here... we were stuck booking an extremely last min room somewhere else.

Space was quiet & clean. Central location was great for commuting from downtown to Mt. Airy and back. - Wasn't aware it was a communal kitchen from the listing. - 3 separate door codes to enter the room are the deal breaker for us. Took multiple tries every time, some doors required hitting the unlock button code, other # sign after code...Has to be a better & more convenient solution for access. - A/C requested to set no lower than 70 degrees, which we did. 86 outside felt more like 77 inside, not 70...
