„This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). „This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. „The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. „The property owner was very nice and responsive, but the property itself fell short of our expectations in every possible way. We ended up having to leave after only staying one night to seek comfort in an upscale hotel because we didn’t get a wink of sleep. "Zimmer,trotz teilweiser Renovierung in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage konnte man nicht ausstellen. Hilfe dazu bekamen wir nicht. Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung,aber der Boden klebt fast im gesamten Speiseraum. Service beim Frühstück unaufgeregt freundlich. Service beim Check Out katastrophal. Koffer durften wir keine 3 Minuten stehen lassen. Begründung - ab dem Check Out sind wir keine Hotelgäste mehr Man hat uns zum Abgeben der Koffer( angeblich für 5 Dollar) zum Convention Center gegenüber geschickt.Da wusste von dieser Möglichkeit niemand etwas.Es kamen noch weitere EX-Gäste,denen man das Gleiche sagte. Just a shame."
