« This property doesn't deserve any stars at all! You were sent the details of the property but expect that you will be allocated a different room as it's first come first served! We turned up later than check in time but our room was already occupied. We were then allocated a different room in a different building and not seaview as requested. Very dirty and smelly rugs and carpets, cockroaches in the kitchen, flies everywhere, trash still in, outdated toilet and bath, mouldy and rusty tiles,...

« When I booked it, I had a hard time trying to get the name of the property. Okada, City of Dreams and Solaire are three different properties and none of them is the booked place. I communicated that my mother and family will be there a day before my arrival which is why I booked it a day ahead. When they got there, they pushed them to be moved in a two bedroom, very small and only seeing the building as views. I paid for a luxury 3 bedroom apartment, sea view. « Room was very hot and musty when we arrived. The atmosphere of the living area was not as welcoming, furniture was just all mismatching. Contacting the host for check in instructions via the contact number provided by Expedia was a nightmare. »
