« This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island. »

« Host was very good. Property was excellent. Kids loved functional cubby house with three beds. Property was clean plenty of space, beds and linen to fit total of 12. One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean,dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. As it was very hectic for us to put the dishes away etc with kids. »

« We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor. »
