Tired Hotel in Great Location

Stayed here 15 years ago. Not much has changed with the hotel but the surrounding area has gone up market with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, etc and there are less people staying there. Rooms are big and clean with reasonable facilities (shower probably needs a lip to keep water out of rest of bathroom). Prices are reasonable. The hotel could be good but the problem is that the hotel is not welcoming. Phnom Penh is hot. The hotel foyer is hot (needs aircon and fans), the lift is hot (needs a fan at least). The corridors are hot (needs a fan or two) and your room is hot (need to be able to run your aircon while you are not there, it takes hours to cool the room down). The breakfast is basic and limited but OK.

OK maar....

Hotel is oudste bekende consultants hotel, prima locatie, maar zou beter onderhouden moeten worden in plaats van steeds verbouwen. En iemand zou iets aan dat ontbijt moeten doen!

Good for the price

I've stayed here 4 times over the past 6 years. Admittedly the quality has diminished, but it is still an excellent value for the price. They have been renovating for a coupe years, but the entire area is under construction so no matter where you stay around here, it will have the noise of early morning construction.

Misleading information from Expedia

Terrible experience. The hotel is in the process of closing buisness. Strict minimum services. Very old and dusty place. The wifi connection is unsafe and reliable. The elevator got stucked many times due to electricity shortage. The laundry room is the scariest place ever seen, which make you think about the cleaness of tower and bed sheets... Despite the fact that hotel managment confirmed refund policy for early checkout, Expedia team was uncapable of contacting the hotel management. Very disapointing quality service from the Expedia customer service.

静かで便利なホテル

設備的のは若干古く継ぎ足し増設したような感じは有ります。照明も全体的に暗いが（日本人はそう感じるでしょう）東南アジアでは一般てきだと思います。日本語は全く通じません、困りごとが発生したのですが私のつたない語学力でも色々親切に対応いただきました。4泊しましたがタオル、ベットカバーは毎日交換していました。浴槽もありゆっくり寝るのには十分です（一度２３時以降にシャワー使用しようとしましたが水しか出なかった）朝食は日本の喫茶店のモーニングに毛が生えた程度ですが、ホテルの前に日本人が経営する日本食レストランが有るので気になる方はそちらへ行けばメニューも多いし、日本の味とさほど変わりません。社長は日本へ一時帰国していましたが若い女性マネージャーは日本語も理解するし親切な対応してもらいました。また近くにはスターバックス、現地のカフェが多くあり（タバコ吸えます）休憩には事かかなかった。コンビニは近くに１件発見。

ノスタルジックなホテル

王宮・シルバーパゴダや独立記念碑、ボンケンコン地区の人気レストランやカフェにもほど近い、住宅街にあります。開業当時の雰囲気をそのまま、今ではノスタルジックなホテルです。さすがに施設は古いですが、手入れは行き届いてます。客室も広々。プールは深さもあり、ガッツリ泳ぐ人にも、くつろぐ人にもおすすめです。

２月初旬に二泊しました。夜中1時近くのチェックインでしたが、フロントの横で仮眠を取っているので問題ありませんでした。 部屋の設備や窓からの景色は値段なりですが、スタッフもフレンドリーで部屋も清潔です。 狭いプノンペンですので、中心まで歩いてもさほどかかりませんでした。 ホテルのすぐそばには、素敵なカフェレストランが集まっており、食事も困りません。 値段を押さえたい方にはおすすめです。

just a quick search quick decision short stay

just wanted 1 night on the way back to siem reap, it is not close to riverside but not too far. old building old facilities but not really bad with fare. would suggest if someone try to find reasonable hotel. brown coffee and blue pumpkin is really close.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxed stay at the Goldiana. The staff were all excellent and very helpful, with good English. Will stay again on our next visit to Cambodia.

Siivouksen yhetydessä katkaistiin virta televisiosta ja ilmastoinnista. ne joutui aina pyytämään erikseen päälle. Uima-altalla ei ollut patjoja lepotuoleihin. Aamiainen oli länsimaalaisittain vaatimaton, mutta hyvä kuitenkin. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja ystävällistä.

It was a lovely Hotel !

tucked away just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh City it was a lovely place to return to relax after exploring the sights ! the pool was a delight after a big day ! staff were very friendly and i also really appreciated the cheap laundry service

Basic hotel for a decent price.

It was everything I expected. Nothing fancy, the hotel itself is a bit outdated but acceptable. Clean, friendly staff, convenient and centrally located.
