„Stayed here towards the end of April with my two kids (5 and 7). It was located in a beautiful part of Gilbert and close to everything we needed. The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!“

But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. „When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property.“
