The bed was small, and well worn, and only had just enough space for a foot at the foot of the bed and not much else. The person on the right side of the bed had to walk over the TV pedestal to get around to the foot of the bed. Coffee for one day was provided thought we were there for 4 days and there was not even 1 coffee filter available for us to use the one-day portion of coffee. Communication was difficult and led to low understanding of the horrible parking situation that we would face at 1 am in the morning when we arrived though we called and emailed multiple times telling of our late arrival and petitions for help with understanding what we would face. We had filled out a special form to apply for parking, but no one on Global Inn and Suites thought to tell us the form did not count when our credit card was hacked and we filled out a new form to have the balance of our stay paid for. It was inconvenient just days before our trip to fill all these forms out again and then it didn't even count for the parking form. We were left in the dark about parking.
