I’ve stayed in a lot of motels on the road for business. I’ve never had to worry about my health from moldy/dusty air ventilation or stepping in dog crap by the pool…until now. We stayed in a hotel instead of there and then were refused a refund. The host was mad because I was upset that that there was pubic hairs in the bed. When we called to resolve with VRBO, the agent scoffed at me when I said we would contact proper channels. Unprofessional on every level and unrentable. I’ve got close to 50 pictures and videos of dilapidated furniture, mold in the fridge, unworkable garage door, mold in the shower, disgusting beds, dust and mold in AC venting, and dust and dirt everywhere. Not being accountable for bad business and displacing a family from 1600 miles away…Convenient that only 1 picture will load. We cancelled with no refund. 3000.
