The home was well appointed for our group of 14. Great family house, as we had 6 children, 7 and under. Very clean! Management was very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing host and amazing paradise across the board. Golf simulator was great, pool, hot tub, guest house. Perfect space for our group of 11! Perfect layout and great amenities for all to be spread out and comfortable.

Swimming, grilling and fantasy football drafting. We booked this property as a meeting place to hold our annual draft. The house is laid out perfectly for people to relax and entertain. Four bedrooms in the main house and a private casita on the opposite side of the pool. The house itself was very roomy, lots of space to move around and places to lounge, especially the theater room. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to grill steaks and make burgers outside. Tons of containers for leftover food and prepping meals. The window from the kitchen outlooks the backyard so you can see what is happening in the pool area while you are inside. Our favorite part of the house was by far the pool and casita patio. We spent hours outside in the pool, sitting on the patio while watching college football. The waterside is a must try. It’s a quick thrill but worth it for a grand entrance to the pool.The game room is exactly as advertised pool table and shuffleboard. However if there was one minor complaint is that there wasn’t an arcade game or golf simulator as the title suggests. Maybe it was in an area we didn’t have access to, there was a locked garage. We just couldn’t find it.All and all great stay for us. The hosts were responsive and provided us all the information we needed to have a great weekend.

Beautiful home

My family and I were looking for a place to host our annual Memorial Day bbq. This place couldn't have been more perfect. The house is beautiful, well stocked and has lots of amenities. It even had a movie room. The host kept in contact and answered every question promptly. We had a wonderful weekend. We will definitely book again in the future!

Wonderful

The house did not disappoint! Lots of rooms for everyone. We had ages 12-81 and it was a sanctuary. Being able to watch the MN state high school hockey tournament from the 102 degree hot tub will be my favorite March vacation spot ever.

Phoenix Hockey

We played in a hockey tournament at Ice Den in Scottsdale. It was the perfect accommodation for the team to relax after games. Having the pools and large yard was good way to socialize and unwind for the boys. The Hosts were checking in with consistently at least once or twice a day.

House and Home Scottsdale

Overall we had a good time. The street by the property was busy but we did not here much traffic. The only negative was that the hot tub jets did not work and we had trouble heating to a warm temperature. The pool and slide were awesome as was the patio. Inside was very comfortable.

Great Location for Someone just outside Downtown

Loved our experience here. We had 12 people fit comfortably. My brother was not particular about being super close to downtown Scottsdale so we loved this location to be an uber away but felt we got a really great property for an affordable cost. Would recommend.

Great Stay!

Thank you! We had a wonderful stay. The house was well appointed and super clean. Anita made it super easy to check in and had prepared the home beautifully. The backyard casita, lounge area, pool and spa was the highlight for us between conference meetings.

Amazing pool! Beautifully renovated, great for families

The outdoor area is great, it has a putting green and a very nice pool that has a casida separate from the main house which is perfect for parents or in laws. there's a tv that you can watch from the pool. the pool is very well done, it has a slide, automatic pop up cleaner jets and most importantly an automatic chlorine/bromine feeder so you don’t have to worry if the pool is sanitary. AC kept the house nice and cold during 115+ july temps. definitely will rent again when traveling to phx

More resort than house

Fantastic house that felt like a resort with the incredible hot tub, pool, other outdoor amenities. Positives - Super clean, lots of space, plenty of pots/pans/dishes/towels, and very responsive house manager Jen. Negatives/suggestions - More mirrors for the ladies (on doors), wastebaskets in rooms, room darkening shades, grill burner tune up, mop or wet Swiffer. Other notes - Nobody felt the road was loud, but we did feel the pool heat should be included. Arcade game was not working, but we were mostly at the pool. We would stay here again.

House was as described. Very clean! House is bare bones…not even a grain of salt in the house which is different from other VRBO homes we’ve rented. Good central location. Easy enough to get around. Overall a great house to rent!

A lovely get-away.

The home is located near many shopping areas and restaurants. This is a VERY clean home and well organized for guests. I especially love the safety measures taken to protect young children from getting to the pool without adult supervision. The theater room was a hit with my teenage kids. Were able to get caught up on the latest Netflix binges. I would highly recommend this to other guests and will definitely schedule a future stay here.

Can I Give 6-Stars?

This was the best experience I have had at any vacation rental property. From the moment I first considered the property to after I had checked out, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The owner (or management company) was VERY quick to respond to all my questions before booking. The property is beautiful. It's perfect for entertaining a group of friends (we had a boys golf weekend) or a larger group, such as a family. It has everything...pool, hot tub, game room, movie room... It was better than described. Lots of "wow factor." I travel with a very discerning group of guys. That is to say, had there been ANY deficiencies, they would have told me. I had nothing but high-fives and attaboys. Thank you for a great time.
