This resort-quality two bedroom is the perfect place to stay near the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, High Street, and Desert Ridge Marketplace. All finishings are brand new and I have set this up as my personal apartment for rent when I am out of town for work. This isn't just a rental but furnished to a level for day-to-day living with a dedicated workspace, desk, and two separate bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen). Pool and gym are resort quality. No pets, no smoking. Unit is newly-built. One room has a king bed with a Saatva mattress. The other room has a queen bed with a Saatva mattress. All furnishings, linens, and towels are brand new. The complex is brand new, walking distance to Sprouts and High Street / Desert Ridge Marketplace. If you are here for a conference, the JW Marriott Desert Ridge is right across the street. You can use the parking spot in the parking deck or park freely on the street outside of the complex. I keep things simple as a host and will help you however I can. Guest access: full unit and all amenities on property including pool / hot tub, ping pong, cornhole, co-working, lobby and common areas.
