Business Retreat

As is the case, many times, the best pictures are put forward. Everything inside was just as advertised. Clean, in good shape, yet for a very detailed and meticulous individual, it might not have been perfect. Certainly had all the necessities available one would expect from a house rental.The backyard was not quite the oasis it was presented to be. Overall, there were a few things, here and there that could have been in better condition. For the most part, it was just what we needed, and truly fit the bill. Being in touch with the staff was easy and they were very accommodating.Would stay again.

Nice place but needs some work

Good.Great location the house is set up really well all bedrooms upstairs. Really close to downtown Gilbert which is really nice. Not sure how you would walk there tho like someone said in another comment it’s a couple miles. Stores close in every direction but you need to drive there is a gas station across the street. Bad.Like someone else said in another comment the house has the bare minimum in it. Also like another comment the backyard is definitely not as nice as the pictures. There is no grass just dirt and 1 foot tall weeds which is hard to keep pool clean when it’s right next to it. Pool lighting doesn’t workSpa lights don’t workSome junk left behind from old pool equipment Pump is loud and close to pool and spaFooseball table broken-handles not attached Skeetball broken-bottom keeps falling offDartboard broken- someone bought real darts for it and it’s a plastic tip board. It’s a decent place probably wouldn’t stay here again unless the price was lower there are a lot of nicer places in the area for the same price. I usually always leave 5 stars but I was definitely disappointed with all the things listed above.

Graduation

The stay was great! Perfect size house for a group of this size. The back yard was not as the pics advertised. Over grown grass and not maintained. Coffee pot needs to be cleaned, have more bath towels, simply not enough. Need spatulas for cooking and some wooden spoons. I’d also add a couple more coffee cups. My fault but maybe supply some olive or Avacado oil for cooking. We had to call and get the skimmer thing to clean the pool and needed corn hole bags. The property manager was super responsive! We also are hosts on VRBO and for us feedback is a gift! Thank you for the popcorn and candy, nice gesture!

Graduation Week

House is setup perfectly, bedrooms separated from main living space. Those late night family members did not keep me awake. Backyard and pool are amazing, all had a great trip.

50th Bday Celebration

This was a fabulous home to help celebrate a best friends birthday with others in! Great location to walk downtown or to walk and grab a Dutch Bros coffee before heading into the pool for the day. The pool was great and we all loved the little water fall from the hot tub area to pool!

Fun for the whole family

Clean home with a great pool and hot tub. Located near tons of restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and more. Quiet neighborhood. Overall a really good location. Would stay here again.

So Relaxing

A small group of friends needed a get away and that is just what we got. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and the most relaxing. The house was great as well.

Perfect Family Spot

We were in town for a softball tournament and the house is very conveniently located to fields and many restaurant options. House was perfect for our large family. Very spacious, clean and so much fun with the pool, game room and upstairs play area.

The kitchen was minimally stocked, so we had to purchase basics like cleaning spray, oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. Ran out of laundry soap. It would have been helpful to have these provided. There were also no rugs in the bathrooms, so we ended up buying one for the shower.Additionally, 2 out of 3 TVs did not work, and all of them were outdated, making it difficult to stream or cast since they weren’t SMART TVs.We paid for the hot tub and pool to be heated daily, but the instructions for use were unclear, which the host acknowledged. Despite contacting the pool service technician, we were left unsure if or when the pool was properly heated. It seemed the technician had other priorities, as they mentioned being busy with a re-plumbing project.Overall, while the property had potential, some additional attention to detail and better communication about amenities would greatly improve the experience.

Great place for kiddos with a heated pool

We chose this property for a fun getaway, the arcades and ammenities were the draw for us. The location was good in terms of proximity to family. We did keep windows open, for fresh air and there was some traffic noise. The pool was so great when it worked, we had to request help twice during our stay. They were very prompt and helpful, but that was a bummer. when we sid though
