We were very disappointed with our stay. There were multiple issues that were not disclosed in the listing, and the photos were extremely misleading.Cleanliness was a major concern. There was visible makeup on the blankets, stains on the throw pillows, and the carpet was crusty and stained. The overall condition did not feel sanitary or properly maintained.Several amenities were either broken or not functioning. The oven did not work, the fan remote didn’t work, the ice machine did not work, and the sink in the BBQ counter was unusable. Many patio chairs were broken as well. Inside, there was a broken mirror, damaged baseboards, and marks on the walls. The tables had noticeable burn and slash marks.Water quality was also an issue—the water had an unpleasant smell, and even the filtered fridge water tasted off. Additionally, the soap and body wash containers appeared to be diluted with water, which was disappointing.To top it off, there was broken glass on the outdoor tile, which felt unsafe.Overall, this property did not match the listing and needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and honesty in presentation.
