Girls trip

The backyard was great, pool is big, the water is kept at a great temperature. Lots of chairs, both lounge and table. There were 6 of us and not enough dining room chairs inside. One chair leg was broke, and that left only the bench and two more chairs to sit on for game time. The kitchen lacked sharp knives and there is not many kitchen gadgets, pots and pans are lacking also. The refrigerator seemed to not cool very well, even though we turned it to 33 degrees. We did use the grill which was great to have, the hot tub also. There could be moreLights in the patio area, it gets dark early so we couldn’t enjoy the nice evenings very long. Overall we enjoyed our time, just a few things needed to make it even better.

Wonderful property

Spent a long weekend at this property and couldn’t recommend it more. The property is located in a neighborhood but the Fountain Hills area is beautiful and has lots of good restaurants. The house itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting this area of Arizona.

Spacious bedrooms, clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and golf, we liked the hot tub. Stocked kitchenware (no spices).

Amazing resort style home with large pool and spa

This was the perfect place for my family for the Celebration of Life for their father. It gave everyone plenty of room to move around, the large pool helped wear off the kids energy, and the hot tub and firepit were well used. Excellent home and highly recommend it

The location was fantastic, weather was great, and reasonably priced for the home. The fire pit, grill, and putt putt green were great. However, each time we wanted the pool heated, we had to text the property manager, which was kind of annoying. The home and hot tub could’ve been a little cleaner too. The hot tub never got hot despite leaving it on for hours. A poster in the kitchen stated to not remove the pool cleaning vacuum. The overall cleanliness of the home was average to below average. Lots of hair and debris still on the floor. Other than those few minor annoyances, it was an average place to stay.

Absolutely breathtaking!

This was the best vacation spot from the moment we walked in till the time we left. Very modern with large amenities. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Everything from a pool, jacuzzi, grill, and washer/dryer. Made our stay feel like home with bathrooms equipped with toiletries as well as detergent for use in the laundry room. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Fountain Hills. Thank you for the beautiful memories. Looking forward to going back.

Perfect!

I can honestly say that this property was everything I expected. We could not have been more happy here and will rent again. The location was great. The golfing was great. We had no reason to leave the house and were super happy just living in the backyard. Excellent home!

Nice for the money

The good- well decorated, updated and nicely renovated, fun backyard, and big pool. To be aware of - the house smells like smoke. It appears they might be aware of it and are attempting to do something about it because there were numerous smell absorber gels throughout the house. It was the worst in the bedroom with two beds (not the bunk bed room). Additionally, we had trouble with getting the hot tub to work. They did send someone from the pool company and we were finally able to get it to work but a lot of time and energy went into it. Also, we wanted to have the pool heated. We actually asked the property manager twice. That specific request was never responded to (although questions about the hot tub were addressed). We realized that the pool would not be very warm since we went in January. However, we just needed it heated a little since our kids would swim in almost anything. No where did we see that it would not be heated if it was below a certain temperature. Instead the listing just said that it wouldn’t get as warm. We were okay with that but we were never given the option to heat the pool even after asking twice. We understood that you can only heat one at a time- the pool or the hot tub but the pool heater was never turned on despite our asking. So much time and frustration was wasted on simply trying to get the hot tub and pool heated that it had a fairly negative impact on what could have been a pretty good trip. They are clearly making an effort with this house. There were lots of small details that we really appreciated but if a hot, hot tub and a pool that can be heated are important to you, you might want to consider another property, especially since the pool is so big and you would have to have the pool heater on a lot in order to make a difference, thereby making it difficult to have a sufficiently hot, hot tub.

Fountain Hills

Overall good spot, location, cleanliness, bedroom and living space are good, and backyard setup is decent. We were four guys on a golf trip. The only thing I asked for was that the hot tub be on and functional, it wasn’t. I sent a note the property manager first thing and didn’t hear back. This was a very unfortunate and put a damper on things. It’s the one amenity that we ask for on these trips and guys use a ton, before and after playing golf. There’s also a very significant amount of third hand smoke from the previous owners. Even though the pace has been fully renovated the odour is very strong. It was bothersome for a couple of us. We were not in the he house a lot so it was manageable. I would not want to expose my kids to that. I wish I knew that before booking. The network and wifi weren’t working and we therefore could not get the TV to work. Didn’t bother messaging the manager since they hadn’t returned the message about the hot tub. The neighbours were nosy and asked one of the guests a bunch of questions while he was putting the garbage out. Altogether we were a bit disappointed. The hot tub and wifi are probably and easy fix, but that doesn’t help our trip.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

What a wonderful little place! Very clean and in a very nice neighborhood and easy to locate. Plenty of activities nearby if you preferred, or plenty to do at the home with the pool, spa, and putting green. Will definitely add this to my favorites list for return to the area!

Nice home and area

This home was nice and comfortable for our stay. Everything we needed in the kitchen and outside area was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were nice but cold. It would be great in the summer but not in January. It is heated but it felt like you were taking the polar bear plunge. No cable tv. Overall we had a great time with family and friends. Neighborhood was nice and quiet
