Relax in front of the 65" smart TV in the living room or rest on one of the comfy mattresses.

Take advantage of the quiet neighborhood by walking or jogging along the trail at the end of the block.

The home is a spacious 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 8, located in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of our bustling, beautiful city.
The space
The living room features a 65” smart tv that has popular smart apps such as Netflix, Hulu and other apps with free shows and movies. You can also stream your favorite services from your phone to the TV once you’ve connected to the WiFi. The couch pulls out into a queen size bed. There’s also a comfy push back leather recliner chair. In the evening, the electronic fireplace will automatically turn on the fire display to provide a homey ambiance which can also be used as a heat source if needed.

The kitchen is loaded with all of the necessary cookware. There’s also lights over the kitchen cabinets that provide a cozy ambiance.

The bathroom and kitchen faucets are connected to a tankless water heater and will provide an unlimited amount of hot water.

The master bedroom includes a 55 inch smart TV and the guest bedroom includes a 32 inch smart TV. Both TVs have the same apps and features as the living room TV. The beds in both bedrooms are memory foam. There’s a walk-in closet to fit all your luggage and storage needs.

The Sunroom has a Pac-Man machine and a Super Nintendo with 30 classic titles such as Street Fighter, Mario Kart and Donkey Kong. The TV in the sunroom is a 55 inch LCD TV which also has all the same smart app capabilities when powered to the Roku device.

Additional features include a putting green with some golf clubs and golf balls, cornhole boards, a hot tub, many places to sit and relax throughout the spacious backyard.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and front and backyards. Guests do not have access to the garage.
