Vintage finds and designer pieces fill the rooms, a 100 year old tree shades the front porch, and a shaded patio sits just off the carport. Two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, a laundry room, and free carport parking. Walk to tacos, coffee, and one of the best breweries in Arizona. Pets welcome, self check-in, and single level living with one step up at each door.

THE SPACE

Modern upgrades with old school charm. The vintage touches and antique pieces give every room its own character. The front porch is where you will end up with your coffee every morning, in the shade of a 100 year old tree, next to the cactus garden. There is also a shaded patio along the side of the house, tucked under the carport, for your evening sips.

Great restaurants, coffee shops, and one of Phoenix`s favorite breweries are all within walking distance. Like tacos? Tacos Huicho is two blocks away, and Taco Boy`s is a short drive. I`m a Phoenix native, a local bartender, and an experienced Superhost, happy to give recommendations on anything you want to do while you`re here. From Roosevelt Row and Chase Field to Camelback Mountain and Old Town Scottsdale, this cozy home is central to everything!

GUEST ACCESS

The whole bungalow is yours: both bedrooms, the kitchen, the laundry room, the front porch, the side patio, and both carport spaces. Self check-in with a lockbox, so you can arrive at any time. Sky Harbor is about nine minutes away with plenty of transportation options in both directions. I`ve been hosting here for eight years and I answer fast, so ask me where to eat, drink and be merry!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Check-in is after 4 PM, checkout is by 10 AM. Message us about an early check-in or a late checkout and we will accommodate whenever the calendar allows.
- Four guests maximum, and everyone staying should be on the reservation. Additional guests may be added with host approval.
- Pets are welcome, with a $150 pet fee per stay. Let us know who is coming so we can have the house ready for them.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. This is a residential street with neighbors close on both sides. Please, no parties or events.
- Photo shoots, video shoots, and small special events are welcome with advance approval. The house has hosted shoots before. Message me before booking and we will sort out the details.
- A short rental agreement goes out once your booking is confirmed and is signed within three days.
- The home is a single level, with one step up at both the front door and the side door.
- If you live in the Phoenix area, send us a message before booking so we can make sure the house is the right fit for your plans.
Occupancy & Use

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.

Noise & Neighbors

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in **trip fees**.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance

- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.

Lost & Found

- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.

Trash

- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.

Safety

- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

Rule Violations

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.
