What was right- Reception at arrival was friendly and helpful.
What was wrong-A pet fee and a pet sanitation were charged but not disclosed prior on the website during reservation. I booked early to secure a better rated unit and we were place in a unit that smelled like human urine. The entry lock had more buttons missing than there.
The kitchen was poorly equipped. The ice maker did not have a tray to capture the ice being make. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. Where you see 1 cockroach there is always more. There were 3 mugs in kitchen no glasses. No coffee of any kind. No toaster.
The rug was very dirty.
Wall paper was ripped in various places.
The sofa and the chairs were badly stained. The floor lamp had no shade nor bulbs.
The downstairs closet door was off the track and trim was broken. The window had 1 darkening panel and 2 sheers. No towel rack in either bathroom. The upstairs tub was either stained or not cleaned. The shower floor was slick and there were no mats in either shower, quite dangerous Tub doesn’t drain so by the end of your shower you are standing in the dirty water. The faucet came off in my hand. No hand soap in bathrooms.
Premises wet not well kept, cigarette butts and trash everywhere. Smoking smell came in from adjacent unit.
Had trouble getting into unit that evening the man working front was not helpful or kind.
