In the heart of Scottsdale, this brand-new home has been completely renovated with a modern vibe and sits just minutes from the shops and restaurants of Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons, in one of the best locations Scottsdale has to offer.

With four bedrooms, two baths, a heated pool, a built-in gas BBQ, a large patio, and plenty of entertaining space, the home is perfect for large groups. It is fully furnished with everything you need for a wonderful stay, from linens and towels to cooking essentials, all in a brand-new modern renovation and design.

The kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances and an island with pub seating, along with a coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, stove, and oven. It is fully stocked with formal and plastic dishes, pots and pans, cups, coffee mugs, flatware, and wine, cocktail, and champagne glasses.

The living and dining room was designed as the place everyone wants to gather, whether at the spacious dining table or in the cozy seating around the 60-inch TV for sports, shows, or movies.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a 48-inch flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with dual vanities. The second bedroom has one king bed, the third has one queen bed, and the fourth has two queen beds. One bathroom offers a full walk-in shower, a tub, and glass doors.

Guests have full use of the outdoor pool area, with multiple sitting, lounge, and dining areas, a large outdoor dining table that seats up to 10, four chaise lounge chairs, and a built-in BBQ. The laundry room features a new Samsung washer and dryer, detergent pods, and an ironing board.

Safeway is about a 3-minute drive, Kierland Commons is about 4 minutes away, and Kierland Golf Club is about a 5-minute drive. Sandpiper Park is about 2 minutes away, and Reach 11 Recreation Area is about 12 minutes for an outdoor escape. Matty G's Steakburgers and Spirits is within walking distance, and Postino, North Italia, and The Greene House are nearby.

The pool is heated from October 15th through May 15th to around 85 degrees at no additional cost. If the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees, we cannot guarantee the pool will hold its 85-degree temperature.

One complimentary air mattress is available upon request.
