We were very disappointed with our stay here. Within the first 30 minutes of arrival we noticed a leaking pipe near the pool that was flooding part of the yard. The host asked if they could enter the property to fix the leak and we gave permission but they never followed up. That night as one of our group members was going to bed, we found crackers and sweaty sheets in the bed and the linen clearly had not been changed. There were no extra linens provided. I asked the host to bring new linens the next day and they said they would, but it took over 24 hours when they said the would come that day. We had to use couch blankets and share other linens for two nights. The kitchen did not have basic kitchen essentials such as scissors, a cutting board, or even enough forks — were a party of 10 and they only supplied 9. Many of the baking sheets and strainers were rusted. If you are planning to cook at all, I would not recommend you stay here. We found multiple items left behind by previous groups including a drivers license, a full drawer of socks and underwear, and un-emptied trash cans. The house was in a general state of disrepair and neglect including broken outdoor furniture, old dog poop in the backyard, towel racks falling off the wall or just completely gone, and large amounts of junk stashed behind the pool house. We will certainly not be staying here again.
