The pool benefits from free solar heating, keeping it comfortable naturally. For quicker or additional warming, propane heating is available at 150 dollars per 24 hours.

The home features four bedrooms. Bedroom one offers a king size bed and a private master bathroom. Bedroom two has a king size bed. Bedroom three includes a king size bed along with an additional twin bed. Bedroom four provides a king size bed. The fireplace room features a queen sleeper sofa, and the pool table room includes two futon couches. This flexible setup easily accommodates larger groups. Ample parking in the expansive driveway and two car garage adds convenience. The quiet, family friendly neighborhood at the cul-de-sac end ensures minimal traffic and a true sense of escape.
