The space

Upon entry you will be greeted with 20' vaulted ceilings inviting you stay and relax awhile. The living room zero gravity reclining couch and chairs are perfect way to view your favorites on the 65" Sony smart TV. Through the arches you arrive at the formal dining area with seating for 6 and a patio sliding door leading to side yard. As you pass the mirrored wet bar you will enter the fully equipped kitchen with counter top seating for 4. Tucked in the corner is a desk in a bright quiet area for increased productivity with another patio slider leading to covered rear porch with retracting sunshade.

The 2 bedrooms are opposite sides of each other for privacy and both feature king size beds, quality linens, dual nightstands and lighting, seating, ceiling fans and large closets. The master bedroom has slider door to back patio and an en-suite skylighted bathroom with dual vanities, shower and large soaking tub. The hallway bathroom includes large vanity, skylight and bathtub. The laundry room is in the hallway between the bedrooms with full size washer and dryer.
