Overall I would recommend this rental. The house and the property itself are beautiful. The hosts/property managers were gracious and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. All of the listed amenities are great, they even provide putters and a pitching wedge for the golf area out back. My complaints are minimal in nature. There is definitely a misrepresentation in the photos of the pool area on the listing. As of this review, there is a 10 foot high permanent black screened in area around the pool. I presume this is to keep 4 legged critters out,maybe, but mostly I think it has to do with safety and property liability associated with families with small children to prevent any unfortunate accidents. The fence definitely takes away from the overall aesthetic of what is a gorgeous backyard. It gives it a sort of community pool look to it. Secondly, the water feature on the pool is not regulated properly, and there is no "on/off" switch for it and it ran nearly 24 hours a day during our stay and while it is a nice feature, it is pretty loud because there is a motor driving it continuously. When we would sit outside as a group, we had to shout a little bit over the noise to hear each other speak, a bit unfortunate. Lastly, there is active construction taking place on the adjacent property home and so that was kind of annoying, and throw in a neighbor's dog that barks a lot. Again, these are minor complaints and your future stay may be more serene.
