The Space
Welcome to Sol & Stone, a remodeled four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo in Old Town Scottsdale. Designed for up to eight registered guests, it brings comfortable indoor gathering spaces together with a private patio for leisurely meals and evenings under the string lights.

Private Patio, Fireplace & Hot Tub
This is the heart of Sol & Stone: your own outdoor living space, made for slow mornings, leisurely dinners, and evenings you won’t want to rush. Settle beneath the light-strung pergola-style covering with your morning coffee, or gather in the lounge seating while the day unfolds around you.

Your private outdoor dining area makes dinner at home feel like an occasion. Prepare something delicious on the BBQ grill, pass refreshments through the kitchen’s window bar, and take your time over a meal with your favorite people. Everything is close enough to keep the conversation going, from the first bite to the last story of the evening.

As daylight fades, slip into your private hot tub for an unhurried soak, then gather by the outdoor fireplace beneath the warm glow of the lights. With places to dine, lounge, and unwind, the patio invites you to spend more of your stay outside—and gives you a lovely reason to keep an evening free of plans.

The kitchen is equipped for meals at home, with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and everyday cooking essentials. A coffee maker helps ease you into the morning.

Gather around the dining area or bring dinner outside. A dedicated children’s table makes mealtimes easier for younger guests, while board games invite a little friendly competition after dinner.

Bedrooms
All four bedrooms are upstairs:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom access.
• Guest Bedroom 2: King bed.
• Guest Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
• Guest Bedroom 4: Two twin beds and a TV.

Two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin beds accommodate up to eight registered guests.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are upstairs, with a convenient half bathroom downstairs. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and hair dryers help you settle in with fewer things to pack.

Community Pool
A shared community pool is available year-round. It is separate from the condo and shared with other community residents and guests; the hot tub on your patio is private to your stay.

Work & Everyday Comforts
Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to check in with work when needed. An in-home washer and dryer, heating, and air conditioning add everyday comfort.

A portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets, a high chair, and a children’s dining table help families settle in. Please keep the upstairs bedroom layout in mind when planning your stay.

From the care we put into preparing your home to the support we offer throughout your visit, every detail is guided by one goal: helping you feel beautifully taken care of.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Sol & Stone for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome up to two pets per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 8 guests in total.

Pool & Hot Tub
Enjoy your private outdoor hot tub and access to the shared community pool, which is open year-round. Please message our team for help with hot tub operation or current community pool information.

Additional Cleaning Services

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs. Children should always be closely supervised around pools and hot tubs. All bedrooms are upstairs; please consider the stairs when planning your stay.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool and hot tub, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.

Scottsdale Occupancy Disclosure
In accordance with the City of Scottsdale, the property accommodates a maximum of six adults and their related dependent children, with no more than 8 registered guests in total. Events and parties are not permitted.
