We were surprised that the filthy elevator floor was not cleaned from the time we arrived late afternoon until we left mid morning the next day. The entrance to the hotel is also underwhelming. Like entering a warehouse. We suspect that it is a rather new property that will have the entrance upgraded. The room and breakfast were very good.

Stayed here a few times now and it is really a top notch facility and employees really go the extra mile for you. I was concerned about finding the Diamondbacks game and the young lady at the front desk did everything and more to make it happen for me. Great great customer service. She could write a book about how to empathetically help a customer.
