Pool was excellent, nicely heated and lots of pool towels. Bedrooms were nicely spaced out so felt everyone had their own wing of the house. Good coffee maker options pot or keurig with cream and some pods already there. Water and ice is in the fridge and good no need to buy water. Kitchen isn’t equipped with a ton so a bit of shopping was needed for staples like cooking spray and ziploc bags etc. would definitely stay here again!!

The Dava is a great home in a very convenient location, close to major kid friendly attractions and the airport. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked with new appliances. We also appreciated how kid friendly it was, including plastic plates, cups, and cutlery, and toddler booster seat the chair.There were a few issues during our stay. The entry code provided did not work when we arrived, which was stressful since we had all our luggage, three young toddlers, and it was getting dark. Luckily, the host responded fairly quickly after multiple texts and phone calls and provided the correct code. We were also told ahead of time that the house did not have a pack and play, so we brought one from home, only to find that one was available at the house. The main disappointment was the pool. One of the primary reasons we booked was for the advertised heated pool, but despite being told it would reach 84 degrees within 24 hours, the pool never warmed up during our six night stay. We still used it and appreciated the floaties and pool toys. There were also a few minor maintenance items, such as loose toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and an empty propane tank for the outdoor fireplace.Despite these issues, we would still recommend this house. Overall, it is a solid, family friendly property in a great location, and with a few fixes it could be an even better experience.

Graduation and family weekend

The house far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home with an open floor plan. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The backyard was amazing. The whole family enjoyed the pool and mini golf. Great location in a nice neighborhood. It was convenient to shops and area attractions.

Nice atmosphere

We selected this property after our 12 day road trip as it had exactly what we required. The house was clean, spacious and the yard area was very nice with a decent heated pool, putting green and gas fire. The inside had a lovely kitchen which was well equipped, lots of TV’s everywhere and a good size sitting area. The only area you don’t get to use is the garage but we were ok with that but some may not be with the hot weather. Overall a great property in a nice neighborhood, close to lots of shops and restaurants and around 20 minutes to the airport. Great value.

Adequate and well maintained with nice amenities

Nice home with very responsive host. A few minor things that kept me from giving 5 stars. The pictures of the home shows a garage but you do not get access to it. I believe the listing should specifically state this so it is clear to guest when booking. Also, when paying service/cleaning fees I don't believe guests should be responsible for taking trash out to a secure bin that is only accessible via an alley behind the house. There was some confusion on our end as to where the trash was to be placed at checkout but this is something that the host should take care of and not make a guest responsibility.

Boy's Getaway

This property worked very well for our group of 6 mostly retired guys. We mountain biked, hiked, and did the Desert Belle cruise. The heated pool was used as was the propane fire out back. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked as we mostly cooked in. Great location as well. Overall we had a very positive impression of this property.

Great place, great location

Very clean and well laid out floor plan. Property exceeded our expectations. All four of us loved walking out of the patio door into a pool that was a perfect temperature. Pool towels were conveniently located right by the door. We purchased our own floaties at a nearby Target. Virtually, everything you may need is within 5-10 minutes of the house. Moving an ASU freshman in, that is HUGE! We would recommend the Wildflower restaurant which was perfect for healthy options and great food. The Crepe bar is where you need to go for breakfast. The block may have a cookie cutter feel when you pull in, but the home well exceeds its curb appeal . We hope to book again when visiting our daughter!

So comfortable, relaxing and quiet!

Thanks for a clean home that was comfortable for all of us! The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe. We absolutely loved the pool and putting green to entertain us all day. Some suggestions to make the stay even better for your next guests, replace out all for the bath towels, washcloths, etc. and the fan in the small bathroom needs to be replaced. We loved having some of the basic needs covered for us, example; laundry soap and dryer sheets. You could add cellophane and foil which is always needed in the kitchen. Thank you for the hospitality, it was a lovely week in the sunshine!

Amazing property

We rented this property for a Girls getaway and we were not disappointment. The home beautifully decorated and clean. Everything we needed was there including toiletries and plenty of towels. Beds were super comfortable. We didn't cook so not sure about the cooking supplies but everything that we needed was there except for the big trash. We couldn't find that. Location was great and if I was headed back to Tempe I would reserve this house again.
