Great pool area

Overall very good property, it was made by the outdoor space, including the water slide. The house has nice layout for big groups, including open living space, dining area and bedrooms. It is showing some signs of wear and tear of a constant rental, but minimal issue for a few days stay. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. We were an ‘early’ group so late nights etc weren’t in our plans, but there are signs around the neighbourhood that don’t like this is a rental property “homes not hotels”. And it is a bit further than anticipated from Old Town…expect to be spending 30min in an uber most times of day.

Awesome House!

Perfect for our golf trip. Plenty of bedrooms and space to hang in the house. We spent most of our time by the pool. The spa and water slide were a hit as he enjoyed the day watching sports on the outdoor tv. Location was ideal for golf, Old Town and not far from the airport. Would absolutely book here again.

Relaxing Escapade

Beautiful home with great amenities for a family to have fun at! Great heater pool, jacuzzi and outside tv. Inside shuffleboard and spacious home. We had room to spare with a family of 8. Quiet neighborhood provided the most relaxing sleeps. Would highly recommend.

The Fun Holiday Vaycay we needed

We really enjoyed this home. We basically lived outdoors and enjoyed all the amenities around the pool. The house was nicely stocked with items you'd need (paper towels, towels, dish washer and washing machine detergent, and toilet paper - which doesn't always happen!) and we were welcomed to a snack basket and bottles of water in the fridge, which was a nice touch. We had constant and pleasant communication with the hosts if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Property

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The pool, hot tub, and water slide were great for the kids and adults alike. There was plenty of space in this house for our group of 6. We used the kitchen and grill to make meals and everything worked wonderfully for food prep. The host was responsive to our requests. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience the indoors/outdoors living that Scottsdale has to offer.

Family Get Togther

Our group of15 aged 5-72 had a wonderful 5 day stay. We thought we could have used an extra bathroom being there are 7 bedrooms and one of the bathrooms is within the master suite. We loved the pool, but could have used more pool instructions and more frequent pool service. We had to call for pool service since the pool got very cloudy and needed the bottom vacuumed. Two different sets of trash day instructions for trash day pickup were confusing. But please know that the property is lovely and we loved the location and all had a great vacation together coming to us living in AZ from Michigan and Missouri.

Beautiful but be cautious

Property was fun, beautiful and spacious for our group of 13. The only downfall was once the floor was wet inside the house and around the pool it was slippery !! I recommend bringing rugs for the walkway or extra towels for the floor. Overall would def recommend.

Overall the stay was great, house was perfect for our golf group. The only downside is like other reviews we had a lot of issues with the outdoor tv, unfortunate because we were really hoping to use it for watching sports while relaxing in the pool. Which was a great setup at least! Other then that it was a great stay.

Ups and Downs

Hello everyone I'm not much of a reviewer but because of the experience my family and I had i am trying this. Very beautiful location too start off with. My family and I always have a trip yearly on memorial weekend always in Arizona. This year we stayed in this home and were very excited. We are from California so we were ho estoy 40 min before check in asked if it was okay too check in wasn't allowed I understood. We enter the home very lovely. Outside was the issue the pool wasn't cleaned the bar area was full of leafs and grill was just scrapped down with the metal tool that cleans the grill plus we were left with all the tools too clean the grill also dirty. TV at the bar area didn't work turned on but it would turn back off. The fridge did not work all Friday from check in untill Saturday morning so all our ice cream was melted and our drinks were never cold. Till Saturday mid day the fridge randomly starts too work I contacted the home owners or managers they told us it's because we filled it and if it wasn't working the next day too let them know about it. The showers only had hot and I mean steaming hot water it was around 110-115f hot so you'd enjoy a cold shower but we didn't have that. Also for the price we payed (which was more then we've payed in the prior years also because the biggest one we've rented was only 5 rooms this one was 7) we expected to enjoy our time there. Quiet hours were posted and understood they're from 8am-10pm. I was getting messages with warnings of it being loud at 7pm so it frustrated me because we were now taken our happy and enjoyable atmosphere. We were then sent another message 4 minutes after the first one saying that if we didn't understand we would be thrown out. Also we figured something like this would or has happened because upon arrival neighbors have signs expressing how there "Homes not Hotels". Overall wasn't our best experience and it would be nice too have someone greet you and show you how everything works instead of a binder. Like I explained I don't like leaving bad reviews because a business is a business but as a business owner myself the number one rule is the client is always right. And too make sure they're always happy. I just hope the next travelers have a better experience.
