Nicht gefallen hat uns: -die Lautstärke der anderen Hotel die jeden Tag bis ca 23 Uhr Parties veranstaltet haben. -dass 30 min bevor das Frühstück offiziell beendet war, schon Besteck etc. von den Tischen abgeräumt wurde. -Zimmerreinigung war enttäuschend. -Meerwasser war sehr trüb und schmutzig. - einige Strandliegen sind reparatur/außtauschbedürftig. -in der Dusche befand sich Stockschimmel. Gefallen hat uns: -der riesige Koifischteich der durch die gesamte Anlage ging. -Handtücher an Pool und Strand. -kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer und am Pool. -Frühstucksbuffet -kostenloser Shuttel zum/vom Flughafen. -Tennisplätze -Duschkopf wurde bei Anfrage umgehend repariert.

Hotel Infinity Pool Strand top...Wir waren öfters a la Card essen, da kam es häufig vor, dass das verkehrte Essen kam, oder das Fleisch nicht well done war - aber ok. Novotel sollte ihre Angestellten im Bereich Englischkenntnisse und Servicequalität auf jeden Fall ausführlicher schulen. Für 55 Dollar pro Person pro Tag kann man das Ganze auch vor Ort upgraden mit ner großen Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. All inklusive hat sich für uns aber nicht gelohnt...

Tolles Spa, Traumlage, noch viel zu tun
Die Voraussetzungen des Hotels sind hervorragend - es hat eine wunderbare Strandlage, eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage und ist (noch) nicht von zahlreichen anderen Hotels umgeben. Dadurch dass das Hotel erst vor kurzem (knapp 2 Wochen vor unserer Ankunft) eröffnet hat, waren noch sehr wenige Zimmer belegt. Somit war sehr viel Personal für sehr wenige Gäste da - man hätte also einen außerordentlichen Service erwarten können. Leider war dieser nicht gegeben, es wurden wesentliche Dinge wie Allergien, Sonderwünsche etc. vergessen. Der Garten / die Teiche waren stark verschmutzt und wurden erst am Tag unserer Abreise gereinigt. Ganz besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Spa - sensationelle Behandlungen, sehr tolles Personal!!!

Wunderschönes neues Hotel,aber noch einiges zu tun
Das Hotel hat erst vor knapp zwei Wochen eröffnet, die Zimmer sind dementsprechend in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch die Anlage ist sehr hübsch, reicht bis ans Meer mit Privatstrand. Leider gibt es einiges, was noch nicht funktioniert - das Personal ist zwar sehr bemüht, aber SERVICE als solcher noch nicht in den Köpfen. Die Menu-Karte im Restaurant ist sehr überschaubar, demnächst dürfte aver auch das Vietnamesisch/Seafood-Restaurant öffnen und das Hauptrestaurant dann eher als Buffet dienen. Momentan sind allerdings noch sehr wenige Gäste, so dass es nur a la Carte gibt. Durch die wenigen Gäste hat man Pool und Strand mitunter für sich allein. Insgesamt also absolut empfehlenswert! ビーチフロント、プライベートプール付きのバンガローに宿泊しました。 ホテルは清潔だし過ごしやすいし最高でした。 ただ、ホテル前のプライベートビーチが白砂ではなくベージュで、海水も少し濁っていたのが残念でした。時期にもよるのかもしれませんが。 あとは、ホテル前にショッピングモール的なものがあり、夜にはナイトマーケットが開かれるので楽しかったです。 5泊でしたが、ホテルが快適すぎる？故にほぼホテル周辺から出ていません。。

Stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There is no view from the room, you should get a room with an ocean view. The space is small. It's a little cramped for 4 people. The hotel is large and has a great pool. Breakfast is delicious. Convenient free airport shuttle. There are many restaurants within a 1-minute walk from the hotel. You can also eat cheaply.

Amazing grounds and rooms. We stayed in a bungalow with beautiful views of the beach and own private pool. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Own room was very clean and well maintained. Thank you for a great stay.
