„Staff was exceptional - extremely helpful, pleasant and responsive. The design of the room and restaurant were exceptional. Shower water pressure was pretty awful but it didn't affect our weekend. I'd recommend The Ulysses to friends.“

„Ice machine room was empty and dirty. The bed blocked access to the ac unit. Had to keep jumping over the bed to adjust temp. Room not very comfortable. Glad we only stayed one night.“

„I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.“

„I had a water leak in the bathroom it was cared for it greatly, special thanks to Antonio (i hope i got the name right) I was slightly freaking out, out of fear and he was very patient, calming me down and helping me to get to another room. The Rooms as well everything else was very clean and the harbor is just beautiful, i would come back every time again.“

„Interior of the hotel was beautiful. Just as pictured. Received a complimentary room upgrade due to a birthday and the room was stunning. Also received 2 complimentary drink tickets for the hotel restaurant. Only negative was the AC in the bedroom area wasn’t working as well as the living room. Overall would stay again !“
