« Ive been drug down threw there with Expedia and I'm letting them... Problem after problem after problem and the staff doesn't know how to fix anything. The phone help hotline is terrible and slow and the online chat help center is even worse!!! But I keep TRYING to book with them.... »

« When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there. »

« When we checked in, the front desk attendant was phenomenal!! We were tired from traveling all day and had just left another hotel that was filthy. She was very patient. Our rooms were clean and it was a very pleasant experience. »
