« We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again. »

« It was perfect from beginning at check in with HASEEB, very friendly and accommodating to make our stay great ! Home away from Home 🏠 Then at check out PAM was very helpful too. All and all it was a great stay ! We’d recommend Marriott Town-place Suites in Hickory Nc to everyone. »

« Rooms were clean but old, needed cracks sealed, seals around toilet, tub, sink, faucets, floorboards not done. Checked into a kiosk, not a live person. Noisy, noisy, noisy. »

« The room and the hotel in general was clean and made me comfortable which is usually hard for me in hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would stay there again for sure. »

« The elevator did not work the entire time we were there (5 days). After speaking with the elevator repairman, he said that the building was struck by lighting 2 years ago and the elevator has been off and on ever since. They don’t tell the guests that prior to checking in which is absurd. My mother in law could not go up the stairs so we had to switch to a first floor.
