Interiors

The property is spread over two levels and is ideal for large groups and families, combining functionality, comfort, and a rustic character. On the ground floor, the living areas are spacious and bright, accommodating up to 10 people: a fully equipped kitchen designed for preparing shared meals, a large living room perfect for socializing, and two bathrooms. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one room with two single beds, and one room with two bunk beds.

On the upper floor, there is a large, bright, and atmospheric exhibition hall, where temporary shows, installations, and group exhibitions by resident artists come to life. It is a space designed to celebrate creativity and foster an ongoing dialogue between guests, the local area, and the contemporary art world.

Pietralunga and its surroundings

Pietralunga is a small medieval village with an ancient soul, nestled among forests, valleys, and rural landscapes that have remained unchanged over time. Its millenary origins can be felt in the walls, the stone streets, and the genuine hospitality of its inhabitants. It is a place that encourages slowing down, observing, and reconnecting with nature.

The area offers an extensive network of trails for trekking and walking, ideal for exploring hidden villages, panoramic views, and natural areas of great charm. Within a short distance, you can reach art cities such as Città di Castello, Gubbio, Montone, and the Upper Tiber Valley, rich in museums, churches, artisanal traditions, and excellent local cuisine.

A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.

The cost of utilities (electricity) is not included in the cost of stay and will be calculated on consumption. Payment will be made at check-out with cash. The latest bill price will apply.

Pets are allowed with a supplement of €60.00 per pet per stay.

For check-ins from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM (late check-in) there is a supplement of €25.00. €50.00 after midnight. All requests for late check-ins are subject to confirmation by the host.

Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Special requests are subject to availability, and may incur a surcharge. The property is not available for parties.
