Set above a beautiful natural landscape with peaceful views of the community’s catch-and-release pond, the creek below, and the mountain silhouette beyond, this one-of-a-kind three-level lodge offers the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and family connection. With thoughtfully designed temperature-controlled spaces and amenities throughout, guests can enjoy year-round comfort and fun in every season.



Just steps from the lodge, guests can explore the private community’s scenic nature trail—a peaceful walk of over a mile that winds alongside the creek through the forest, offering a beautiful place for morning strolls, birdwatching, or simply reconnecting with nature.



Inside, you’ll find spacious private suites, beautifully updated spa-inspired bathrooms, and a cozy entertainment lounge featuring a pinball machine, multicade arcade, pool table, oversized Smart TV, and a luxurious leather sectional—creating the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. The primary den suite offers an added touch of relaxation with a private jacuzzi, creating a peaceful retreat where guests can soak, recharge, and enjoy a spa-like experience from the comfort of their room. Throughout the lodge, cozy bath robes are available for guests to enjoy while relaxing indoors or transitioning between the sauna and swim spa area.

A few house notes so everyone relaxes: guests must be 25+ to book · no smoking · no parties, events or large gatherings · quiet hours apply · small dogs welcome on request (fee may apply) · cleaning fee applies · interior stair gates available for little ones · exterior security cameras face outward only — never indoors. EV charger available for a flat daily fee — just let us know. Every reservation completes the online check-in form, and each guest 18+ signs the activity waiver before arrival.

PETS: We allow pets up to 20-25 pounds subject to a $200 fee. Animals above that size are strictly prohibited unless owner authorized and/or they are registered service animals (Emotional companion are NOT considered service animals in Tennessee)

1) Complete the online Check-In Form for your reservation (just a couple of minutes).

2) Each guest 18 years or older uploads a clear photo of their government-issued ID and signs the Activity & Liability Waiver in their own name — one signed waiver per adult.
