« The location of this hotel is perfect for our needs. Right in the heart of town, and close to our PSU student who lives on Frat Row. My only real complaint was that the bathroom in our room (313) was rather dingy. The shower floor needed a good bleaching, and the areas outside the shower had mildew too. The bathroom door was also difficult to open and close. Otherwise we had a very good experience here, and will definitely be back. »

« The motel was very good. For the most part the room was clean and well maintained. We did find a half of a 2 liter bottle of soda left from someone else. The beds were comfortable, but I would recommend that you bring your own pillows. The staff was wonderful. For the price we paid, I would book again. »

« The room is very comfortable, thanks to an HVAC you can completely control, including fan and temperature. It's also as dark as you want it to be, with multiple layers of curtains AND the door has a sweep on the bottom that blocks light. This also dampened noise from the hallway, so we had quiet night's rest.
The bed was very comfortable with multiple pillows of reasonable thickness – not the mountains of fluff that bend your neck at a 45 degree angle I've encountered at other hotels! In...
