Cottage Pine Island – Das schönste Ferienhaus auf dem Land finden

„Room was nice. However the air conditioning seemed not to cool off much. The toilet needed to be tightened up. I know things dont get fixed like they used to. We will stay here again. The last time was at a different hotel and that was really bad.“

„This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.“

„Tolles Hotel. Saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal und für ein Kontinentales Frühstück viel auswahl. “

„This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend!“

„Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!“

„Always pleasant. Never a problem. I recommend them highly.“

„TV had a permanent line, remote only worked to change the channel, had to turn on/volume manually, when showering the drain did not drain at all, shower water temperature nozzle was either removed/broken off. Dirty vents too, yuck. The staff was attempting to be helpful but were limited in how much they could help. The breakfast was a joke, only warm item was the egg patty that was used to be scrabbled eggs, and cereal. Now would I stay here again, maybe, if I had another death in family.“

„This apartment was extremely clean and exactly what we needed. Connie was great with communication and quick to respond. We will definitely book again if we need to stay in the area.“

„Stayed here when my husband was in the hospital after heart surgery. It was very clean and quiet! I was on the 4th floor, the hotel was fully booked but I could have sworn I was the only person on the floor. 10/10 will stay here again.“

„The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.“

„I forgot my pillow and they are holding it for me to pick back up on my way back! Very helpful.“

„I have always had good experiences staying here in the past, but this visit was highly disappointing. I was given the wrong room type, and although the space appeared clean, wiping up a small kitchen spill left my rag completely covered in dirt. To make matters worse, the parking garage was full, forcing visitors to park four and a half blocks away and wait for a shuttle in a very uncomfortable environment with people yelling profanities in the street. I ended up parking on a side street and ...

„The pool/hot tub were not working due to heating issues, however there were no signs anywhere indicating this, nor did staff say a word about it, in fact when asked, they said they had no idea, that no one tells them anything. The housekeeping were very friendly, and were happy to help with more towels when asked. I will say that given the location so close to the mayo clinic, and the price, I was happy about that. Our room also was very clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable.“
