« We had a great short stay this trip down to St James City. We love SJC and this house is a easy walk to our favorite restaurant. The best way I can describe this house is spa like. « We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated...

« Aside from the fact that this is an old house located in an old neighborhood with quirky one-way streets having odd angles, we appreciated the charm, comfort, and cleanliness. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis! The listing pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Michael was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we were happy to stay here. »
