« Room was clean and close to main site seeing areas. »

« Marco was very helpful in checking us in and orienting us to Trieste. He had helpful suggestions about local restaurants and bars. I was having trouble with my WhatsApp and he was incredibly patient as worked it out! The flat was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated and the bed was quite comfortable with plenty of covers. The flat was well-located, near transportation, restaurants, and bars, and with a bakery on the street below. We very much enjoyed our stay here! »

« I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately... »
