It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. „Good location to golf courses, wineries, and restaurants. Property itself could have been a bit cleaner i.e., countertops were a bit sticky, and the coffee pot was dirty. However, no clutter and everything was neat. Called the property manager our last day to inform her that the master bedroom bathroom fan needed to be repaired.“

We ate great meals in the local restaurants, even attended the soft opening of Burgers and More on the corner! Stopped at the Monarch Butterfly on our drive to Solvang and hit Chumash Casino on the way back. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful home. Thank you!“

The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view.
