The spots where to rest and farniente are well decorated and the ground is expansive with lots of old trees and flower beds. The interior and the rooms are beautifully arranged and equipped with unfailing air conditioning. The pool and tennis court are beyond expectations. We recommend highly without any reservation. »

« Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns nicht geweigert die Reinigungsgebühren zu bezahlen, sondern waren erst der Meinung das diese uns nicht auf der Hauptbuchungsseite angezeigt wurden und haben uns nun gewundert, das wir diese vor Ort zahlen sollten. Im nachhinein haben wir die Reinigungskosten versteckt im Kleingedruckten gefunden. Und auch vor Ort bezahlt. Es ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, das alle Kosten klar ersichtlich sind, und im Endpreis erscheinen müssen! Zudem wollte man uns...

The pool is really lovely and big. The host, Tommaso, is super nice, accommodating and friendly. He responded quickly when we had questions and gave us great tips on things to do and see, an excellent host! We really loved every minute here and can highly recommend going here. « Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice. »

« My party found Angela and Andrea to be ethical, honest and above all welcoming. Angela gave us a list of great local restaurants. What we wanted was to eat locally and get a feel for the country. Pitigliano is a wonderful local, rich in history going back 3,000 years to the Etruscans. Multiple Forts, Castles and Hot Springs are all within 10 miles of the Villa. « Excellent accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Very tranquil and serene while still having easy access to Orvieto, grocery, restaurants, shops, etc. Easy day trips to many locations. We had Chef Thomas meet us on our arrival with Prosecco and appetizers followed by an excellent dinner. Highly recommend. The pool was an added bonus and very refreshing after a day of sightseeing. »
