"The first room smelt like someone smoked in it all day prior to us getting there. Worse still: no option to open windows. I went to complain and was given a bigger room with no smell, working windows, very good service really. Having said that, the hotel is tired looking and the wooden floors make it obvious when someone move around above you. Can’t say anything about the facilities but we had a good nights’ rest. "
