« It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! »

« Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house. »

« This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. »

« I had such an enjoyable stay. Everything was clean and very proper. There were a few features I have never used but Kathy left very detail instructions on everything. Was very comfortable there!!!!! I was able to contact Kathy when I needed to and she even checked with me to make sure all was well!!!! She made me feel like I was home. I would stay there again and also refer anyone visiting the Cape to enjoy this beautiful home!!!!!! »

« This thing was accurate, I just wasn’t expecting how the two bedrooms are lined up with the bathroom. To access one of the bedrooms you had to go through the bathroom and or through the other bedroom. »
